Final Testing:100% ultrasonic testing (UT) to detect internal defects (≥0.5mm voids); Hydrostatic pressure testing (1.5× design pressure) for leak tightness; Surface inspection: Pickled finish (Ra ≤1.6μm) checked for scratches, pitting, or oxide scale.
Certification: Each order includes a Material Test Report (MTR) and Certificate of Compliance (CoC); optional AS9100 (aerospace) or ISO 13485 (medical) certifications.
