Types of Aluminum Alloy
1060 Aluminum Alloy
1060 Aluminum Alloy, a commercial pure aluminum grade containing 99.6% minimum aluminum content. This alloy offers excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical and thermal conductivity, and outstanding formability.
5454 Aluminum Alloy
With higher magnesium content than 5052 alloy, 5454 offers superior strength while maintaining excellent welding characteristics and resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it particularly suitable for marine applications, pressure vessels, and welded structures.
6063 Aluminum Alloy
Our 6063 Aluminum Alloy is a heat-treatable aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy specifically designed for extrusion applications. Renowned for its excellent extrudability, superb surface finish, and good corrosion resistance, 6063 is the industry standard for architectural, automotive, and general engineering applications.
6061 Aluminum Plate
In the T6 temper, this alloy offers a superior combination of high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good machining characteristics. Our 6061 aluminum plates are widely used in structural components, automotive parts, and various industrial applications where strength and weight ratio are critical.

Light: Aluminum alloys have low densities, making them lightweight and ideal for applications where weight is a critical factor.
Corrosion resistance: The surfaces of aluminum alloys form a natural oxide layer that protects against corrosion in many environments.
High strength-to-weight ratio: Aluminum alloys are strong and durable despite their low mass, making them useful in various applications where strength and weight must be carefully balanced.
Formability: Aluminum alloys can be easily molded and shaped, making them versatile in manufacturing processes.

Application Industries of Aluminum Alloy
Aerospace and automotive
You'll often find aluminum alloys within the context of engineering, as well as the construction of light-weight components and corrosion-resistant metal parts. One of the industries that highly relies on aluminum alloys in aerospace, as well as the automotive industry. In this particular context, aluminum alloy is becoming an increasingly important material. This is because it can reduce the weight of a vehicle, thus maximizing its efficiency and fuel sustainability in the long run.
Building and constructions
High-Strength aluminum alloy is also a very popular implement in building construction. Steel still remains one of the most fundamental materials in construction, but aluminum alloys are definitely a very close second. When building modern skyscrapers and structures, it is quite important to account for strength and safety. The added benefits of high corrosion resistance and low flammability, as well as aluminum's natural insulation property, make this a perfect choice.
Electrical and electronic engineering
You'll often find aluminum in electrical and electronic engineering applications, due to the fact that it doesn't cause any magnetic interference. Aluminum, unlike other metal, is actually non-ferromagnetic, making it very valuable and important for electronic manufacturing, electrical shielding, and other applications.
