Quality Assurance (Per ASTM B338)
Raw Material Inspection
ASTM B338 Grade 2 Titanium Tubing tested via XRF/ICP-MS for chemical compliance; rejected if impurities exceed limits.
Welding Control
Welding parameters (temperature, gas shielding) monitored in real time; post-weld annealing (650-750°C) to eliminate residual stress.
Final Testing
100% ultrasonic testing (UT) of welds to detect internal defects.
Hydrostatic pressure testing (1.5× design pressure) for leak tightness.
Surface inspection: Pickled finish (Ra ≤1.6μm) checked for scratches, weld spatter, or oxide scale.
Certification: Each order includes a Material Test Report (MTR) and Certificate of Compliance (CoC); optional AS9100 (aerospace) or ISO 13485 (medical) certifications (for specialized grades).
