Processing and Heat Treatment

Welding

TIG welding (ERNiCr-3 wire) is recommended. The interpass temperature should be controlled at ≤150°C.

Solution Treatment

Rapid cooling at 1100-1200°C optimizes grain uniformity.

Aging Treatment

Holding at 700-900°C improves creep rupture strength.
