Processing and Heat Treatment

5454 Aluminum Alloy is typically delivered in H112 (partially annealed) or O (fully annealed) condition, which can be selected by the user. Stabilization annealing (300-350°C for 1-2 hours) is recommended after cold working to eliminate internal stresses and improve dimensional stability.
