Usage Precautions and Design Recommendations
Despite its excellent performance, Nickel 200 should be used with caution in the following conditions:
Not suitable for use in strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated nitric acid or phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄, HNO₃);
Risk of accelerated corrosion in high-flow hydrochloric acid;
The recommended operating temperature is ≤315°C, as high temperatures can promote grain coarsening and degrade mechanical properties;
Engineering design in accordance with ASME standards is recommended to ensure long-term reliability and safety.
