Processing and Maintenance Recommendations
When processing UNS S32100 Stainless Steel Sheet, please note the following:
Welding
Conventional arc welding or argon arc welding can be used, but solution treatment is recommended after welding to relieve stress and improve corrosion resistance.
Cutting
Laser cutting, water jet cutting, or plasma cutting are all acceptable, but high temperatures that may cause localized oxidation should be avoided.
Daily Maintenance
Although corrosion resistance is relatively good, regular cleaning is still required in high-salt or high-humidity environments to prevent long-term fouling that may affect performance.
